About Carvaka Technology Solutions

I. Profile

 

                 Our organization was founded with the intent of providing high quality products and services to our clients. We have obtained the needed skills to set up and tend a variety of business management softwares, networks, business productivity software as well as many other associated technology products. We also have the ability to write programming to alter existing packages or to serve as ‘stand alone’ applications.

             It is our goal to gain a complete understanding of the accounting and or technology needs of each client that we serve and then meet those needs. The owners and staff take pride in the fact that they have shown professionalism, knowledge and understanding in dealing with the individuals and businesses that they have served. 

            As mentioned above, we have and will continue to conduct ourselves in the most professional of manners. As such, we have established a rigorous structure for completing the work that we undertake. This includes making sure our knowledge is up to date and that we complete all work in the most efficient way possible. 

II. Staff Qualifications

           We believe we should emphasize the importance we place on quality of service and level of technology and business/accounting skills within our organization. The individuals that could be involved with any engagement have successfully completed many varied certifications. Further, our previous experience, as you will see when you review Previous Experience below will serve to make the completion of the work as fast and professional as possible.

            Following is a list of certifications that are currently held by staff of Carvaka Technology Solutions:

•  Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – A State designation for experienced individuals that have passed the uniform CPA examination.

• Certified Software Engineer (CSE) – a Great Plains Tools certification that shows knowledge of programming in the Dexerity environment.

• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) – a Microsoft certification showing knowledge of a wide range of software products.

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) –  a Microsoft certification showing knowledge of specific software products.

 

III.  Previous Experience

             As with anyone who performs work for your organization, you want someone with a complete knowledge of their task. Persons with experience doing a particular job generally possess the greatest level of ability. We have a tremendous base of experience related to organizations at which we have set up computerized accounting systems and or networks. It is important to note, that when you set up the entire accounting function on an integrated software package, you must gain a total understanding of the organizations accounting department, including accounting issues specific to the industry in which they compete as well as internal issues. This understanding has aided us in our ability to serve our clients and will continue to do so in the future.
